Here’s a video of Fordante in concert recently performing Carlos Gardel’s popular Argentine tango “Por una Cabeza”.  This piece has been used in many films including Titanic, True lies and Schindler’s List but is probably best known for its role in the 1992 film Scent Of A Woman starring Al Pacino.

We’re looking forwards to taking Fordante over to the picturesque river town of Tenbury Wells on Saturday 4th May which is our next concert and performing at The Regal Theatre there.  This promises to be a great concert performing some beautiful movie music (including Titanic, Doctor Zhivago, The Godfather, plus more) and light classical music (such as Blue Danube, Stranger In Paradise) aswell as some of our own celtic and worldly inspired melodic music.

Due to the adverse weather conditions reluctantly Fordante are having to cancel tonight’s concert at Shrewley.

We’re in the process of organising a suitable date which should be announced shortly.
